I've been a customer for a while, but my modem has failed and I've been unable to get assistance. All I encountered was a live chat with an automated system, leaving me waiting for an hour without any resolution. Currently, I have no internet access. If this is the level of customer support offered, I will be looking for another provider and advising others to avoid this service. It's completely unacceptable!
