I placed my order on a knit pullover and never did I imagine the stress it brought I have ordered with many retailers online before and if my order was delivered to the wrong address they always do another delivery. Oxknit delivered my order to another address and thought by sending me a photo of the house that I would be satisfied. I emailed Oxknit customer service and they insist that I take a photo of my door and house. I live in a condo building with a unit number that I used upon placing my order. This was a run around with emails all I’m asking now is for my refund. Not once did they ask if I would like a redelivery but instead they want a picture of my door which I find very odd and suspicious. Refund my money is all I’m asking from Oxknit.
