My first order was delivered in a timely manner and I felt like I paid a fair price for a quality garmet. When I contacted customer support regarding the size and fit of my order, the agent quickly suggested the best possible solution for me.
In summary, I paid a fair price for a great sweater and treated exceptionally well by customer serivce. So well in fact, I just bought two more items.
The shipping time has been excessively long! I placed my order on December 3rd, and it was only shipped on December 16th. It won't arrive in time for Christmas, as it's coming from overseas. This has turned out to be a completely pointless purchase and a waste of money.
I placed my order on a knit pullover and never did I imagine the stress it brought I have ordered with many retailers online before and if my order was delivered to the wrong address they always do another delivery. Oxknit delivered my order to another address and thought by sending me a photo of the house that I would be satisfied. I emailed Oxknit customer service and they insist that I take a photo of my door and house. I live in a condo building with a unit number that I used upon placing my order. This was a run around with emails all I’m asking now is for my refund. Not once did they ask if I would like a redelivery but instead they want a picture of my door which I find very odd and suspicious. Refund my money is all I’m asking from Oxknit.
Made an order on the website. Didn't see recieve any updates for almost 2 weeks. Emailed customer service to find out that my product eas sold out and hadn't been shipped. Was only offered an exchange or a refund. Wondering if I hadn't emailed, if I'd ever hear back at all.
Every sweater I have purchased has been an eye catcher which guys come over to me to ask where I bought it. I have shared that Oxnit website so many times I should be on their payroll😂👀! I’m ordering again today as I see some summer items are on sale.
Not a great product. I ordered a knit sweater that was supposed to be neon pink (according to the webiste) with a dog wearing glasses. The colour is more of a salmon pink. Very muted and not what I expected. The material is pretty crappy and way too large (ordered based on their recommendation). I was not able to return because it came from china. Customer service was ok - they offered a 10% refund and 10% coupon code but I'm not buying anything from there anymore, so that's useless.
