The quality and craftsmanship of the items I received were extremely disappointing. The materials felt cheap, and the construction was inconsistent. Even more concerning, the sizing was not consistent at all—items labeled the same size varied significantly in actual fit, making them difficult or impossible to wear.
What makes this worse is the return policy. Customers are responsible for paying out of pocket to return items, and those returns must be shipped internationally to China. In reality, the cost of shipping can be comparable to the original purchase, making returns or exchanges impractical.
This combination of inconsistent sizing, poor quality, and a costly return process effectively leaves customers stuck with items that do not meet expectations.
