I placed my order on December 29, expecting it within 2–3 days. By January 4, the tracking number showed no updates. As I was temporarily at that address, I emailed the support team to inform them I'd be leaving on the 5th. They requested a new address and said they would try to update it. I provided the new address but received no response. On the 5th, I got an email from the courier stating they had picked up my parcel, and the sender instructed them to leave it in a safe place at the address. I emailed again asking how an order placed on the 29th could be picked up on the 5th and requested an update on the address change. So far, there has been no response. I strongly recommend that new customers avoid this service.
