They can improve by sending the product promptly. Ordered it on the 28th Jan and only received it today the 18th Feb, after messaging them twice about when it was going to be dispatched. Stopped answering my emails , and it stated the email address was no longer current. Would I buy from them again - NO, NEVER.
I got my exyenergy box with a tracking number and it got delivered less than I week I think. Not too sure but it wasn't that long. Anyways its been 2 weeks now and iv had one maybe 2x packets a day the flavour is yum and better with cold watwr and ice cubes.its also makes me poo every morning, good that it flushes me out, but also very sore lol, I'd definitely go abhead and buy more of these and different ones next time.
I am beyond frustrated with my experience with SP Oxy Energy. I placed an order and, despite my payment being processed immediately, I have not received a single item.
The communication has been incredibly poor. I had to chase them up myself just to get an update on where my order was. When I finally got a response, I was given a long story about packaging issues and items being out of stock.
The most concerning part? Both items were (and still are) listed as "In Stock" and available for purchase on their website.
When I pushed for a specific date on when my order would actually ship, they claimed one item was back in stock but the other was not—again, despite the website allowing customers to buy it right now.
It feels like a total con. At this point, I’m not even sure if their physical store is real or just a front. Save your money and your time—avoid this business until they learn how to manage their inventory and treat their customers honestly.

As I was temporarily at that address, I emailed the support team to inform them I'd be leaving on the 5th. They requested a new address and said they would try to update it. I provided the new address but received no response. On the 5th, I got an email from the courier stating they had picked up my parcel, and the sender instructed them to leave it in a safe place at the address. I emailed again asking how an order placed on the 29th could be picked up on the 5th and requested an update on the address change. So far, there has been no response. I strongly recommend that new customers avoid this service.
The shipping took less than a week to New Zealand, and I was pleased when it arrived. I really enjoyed the flavor. I take two packets each morning instead of one. I've prepared myself for this journey, so those expecting quick results will need to put in the necessary work. I tried the drink for the first time today and loved it! It gave me a nice energy boost, and I didn't feel hungry at all. I had a small meal and drank plenty of water. I weighed myself, took photos, and my exercise routine includes walking and light gym sessions. At 63 years young, as a great-grandmother, I want to be around for a long time. If my days ahead feel like this, I am confident there will be success. I look forward to my next weigh-in in week four.

I placed my order a month ago and was informed it was on back order, waiting a week for an update. Then I received another email saying it was out for delivery, and it arrived at my doorstep a few days later! I just started today, so I haven't noticed any effects yet. As a snacker, I hope it helps curb that habit. It mentioned that with a balanced diet and exercise, weight loss is possible; we'll see how it goes! I'll return in a few months to share if I've lost any weight.
I've just started, but my daughter has been using it for a month and has already lost 10kg. I ordered on December 23 and received it on December 30. I began taking it the same day it arrived. I don't mind the flavor; it's somewhat sweet and citrusy. I highly recommend giving it a try. Cheers!
