I placed my order on December 29, expecting delivery in 2–3 days. By January 4, the tracking number showed no updates. Since I was temporarily at that address, I contacted the support team, informing them I'd be leaving on the 5th. They requested a new address and said they'd try to update it. I sent the new address via email but received no reply. On the 5th, I got an email from the courier stating they had picked up my package and that the sender instructed them to leave it at a safe place. I followed up via email, questioning how an order placed on the 29th could be picked up on the 5th and asked for any updates on the address change. Unfortunately, I still haven't received any response. I strongly advise new customers to avoid this service.
