Ttlife oxygen concentrator is the worst company to deal with. I bought a portable oxygen concentrator and I wanted to return it. Package is unopened and within the returnable time frame. However they harassed me to keep it by offering misery amounts, and then they advised me to sell it which is illegal I am not a certified medical facility to sell medical equipment and if I wanted it to return it I was going to be charged 20% when the policy says 1/10 for unopened packages. I feel like everything is a scam. Do not let these scammers steal your money !!! Their customer service is useless and don’t have a phone number to call either.
