Review Time
I think the machine is well designed and I am finding it useful. My only complaint is the type and level of sound. I can probably adapt but, currently the vibration sound and the pulsing sound make it difficult to read in bed.
I bought the Varon NT-06 about a month and a half ago. I am a Disabled Veteran and VA only supplies us with tanks, which are bulky and heavy to travel with. I'm on 4 L/min of oxygen and have been on it for a year and a half. I originally bought 2 refurbished concentrators for over $900 each from 2 different companies because I need Continuous Flow all of the time. Within a few months, one was not working anymore and the other one wasn't powerful enough to keep my oxygen up like it should. I almost bought a new one for $2,500 when I came across the Varon NT06. Not only was it on sale for less than $500 new, but I saw it was Continuous flow and the batteries lasted twice as long. I bought it to give it a try from TTLife Oxygen Concentrator because it had a return guarantee if it did not work for me. I LOVE THIS MACHINE! Not only is it half the price brand new, but the battery DOES last a lot longer. And it was even a little lighter! The best part is it keeps my oxygen where it is supposed to be during the day. TTLife Oxygen Concentrator sent me the device quickly, and they have been fantastic with their Customer Service! I recommend giving them a try first before looking anywhere else!
I ordered the NT-03 portable oxygen concentrator and bought two NT-3 5000mah batteries to keep me running all day. The concentrator came with a 110v charger and a cigarette lighter plug in that worked inside the vehicle and plugged into the oxygen concentrator for continuos use. The concentrator and the two batteries give me 3L of oxygen as a max and it is more than enough for my needs. TTLife was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. They are a good company and they stand behind and believe in what they sell. I will buy from them again. Thank you
I mistakenly ordered a machine that wasn't suitable for my needs. The company was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the return process and assisted me in selecting the right machine. I truly appreciate their outstanding service!
I strongly advise against purchasing from this service. I ordered a concentrator for my father, who unfortunately passed away before it arrived. I attempted to secure a refund for the unopened item, but this has turned out to be a scam. It took two weeks of back-and-forth emails just to get a return address. They required me to send photos of the unopened boxes, and when I finally received an address in Maine, I was out of town for work for three days. They insisted I provide pictures of the mailing labels and send the item within 48 hours or they wouldn’t accept the return. I explained my situation, stating I would mail it on Monday, which I did, along with the necessary photos. The next step was to inform them when it was delivered, which I did after tracking the shipment. Since then, I have received no further communication or refund. This is a total scam and not a legitimate service. My mother is in memory care and needs that money. Please do not purchase from this so-called service!
Ttlife oxygen concentrator is the worst company to deal with. I bought a portable oxygen concentrator and I wanted to return it. Package is unopened and within the returnable time frame. However they harassed me to keep it by offering misery amounts, and then they advised me to sell it which is illegal I am not a certified medical facility to sell medical equipment and if I wanted it to return it I was going to be charged 20% when the policy says 1/10 for unopened packages. I feel like everything is a scam. Do not let these scammers steal your money !!! Their customer service is useless and don’t have a phone number to call either.
