This company’s customer service is extremely disappointing.
I ordered a concentrator for a loved one, but sadly they passed away before the package arrived. I contacted the company immediately (the day the passed) to request a return and explained the situation clearly in my initial email. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with what felt like an interrogation—with one- or two-sentence emails asking repeated questions.
Eventually I was told that “If I insist on returning” the product, I could do so after providing photo proof. After complying with that request, the company still failed to provide a return address. The email thread is now over 23 messages long and has gone nowhere.
My family has been dealing with the loss of a loved one, and having to spend more than a month navigating this unnecessary back-and-forth has made an already difficult time even more frustrating.
To make matters worse, the company is refusing to cover return shipping and is charging a 10% restocking fee on an unopened package.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing. A situation like this should have been handled with basic compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
