I purchased a portable oxygen concentrator in July this year, and it has already encountered two different problems. The only solutions offered are: 1) Send it back for repair (time frame unknown), or 2) Accept an exchange, but not for a new unit, only a refurbished one. This is disappointing, especially with a 3-year warranty. I expected better service, considering I've only had the device for less than 5 months.
