The Oxygen Concentrator Store is absolutely amazing. Everything from sales to service is top notch. Had an issue with my concentrator sent it to them they changed the internal heap filter and sent it back all within 10 days. I am so glad I bought my second unit from them and they do everything from sales to service without fail. As a RN I have high expectations and they exceed them. I received the fastest, friendliest, and most outstanding customer service! I anticipated a lengthy struggle when I called, but it only took 10 minutes to sort everything out. The representative was warm, knowledgeable, and well-informed. I'm thrilled that we selected this service.
I had to return a brand new unit because it was excessively loud, sounding like a hurricane in my home! Although it was replaced, handling it can be challenging, especially if you're not well, as the item is quite heavy. It might be beneficial to recheck the unit for noise levels.
I purchased a portable oxygen concentrator in July this year, and it has already encountered two different problems. The only solutions offered are: 1) Send it back for repair (time frame unknown), or 2) Accept an exchange, but not for a new unit, only a refurbished one. This is disappointing, especially with a 3-year warranty. I expected better service, considering I've only had the device for less than 5 months.
I have been with the service for around 3 years, and they are consistently very supportive, always eager to assist in any way possible. Without their help, I would likely be confined at home, which is not a way to live. Please extend my gratitude to the entire team.
