we had a party at oxygen acton everything was bad organised.No one showed us where to go there was no host for us no one could help us when we went upstairs to the room there was no enough plates and cutlery for food and there was no plates for a cake at all(i could bring my own if someone told me about it)they said they run out other person told me they dont provide them so i dont know they not organised at all staff should have training how to deal with birthday parties they all seem to be clueless whats going on.im Very dissapointed
