Having paid for an hours trampolining and other activities, the pre-activity talk was running 6 minutes late. On entering the park, only the trampolines and the (dirty & smelly) soft foam pit was open. The inflatable slide and the obstacle course opened after 15 minutes, and the dodgeball court was closed throughout the whole time. When I pointed this out to two members of staff, their attitude was dismissive. I suppose the staff just wanted to carry on playing games on their phone. Head Office were just as dismissive when I contacted them later in the day. Very rarely have I come across such poor customer service.

We celebrated my son’s birthday yesterday at the O2 Arena (#147429397 – Nojus 9th) and had a Jump Up party. I do not recommend it at all!We ordered a fruit platter, which we never received, and we still have not been refunded for it. Out of 17 children, only 12 received free jump vouchers, because the party host gave the rest to children who were not even part of our party. We bought a cake according to their requirements — Salsa approved, without eggs and nuts, exactly as they requested. We were told that if we brought such a cake, it would be allowed to be eaten inside. However, the cake was wrapped in foil and not allowed to be eaten, and my son was very upset because he wanted to enjoy the cake with his friends at the table.I emailed them and requested a partial refund, but so far I have received no response.I truly do not recommend this place to anyone!!!
My son had his 10th birthday there and it was most poorly organised party and rude stuff even towards children was not acceptable. There were no guidence when you walked in, birthday table was included a cup and a plate for each child there were no afford put into make it birthday other than a electronic sign of birthday wish to the child ! That was your birthday party setting there (bear in mind you pay 29.99 per a child !!! ) and when we try to put our paper canfetti on the table to make it look birthday party we got told off it’s too much mess ! It’s really was not worth the money at all , you better off book jumps for group and have a table your own after saves dealing with stuff and save money
I booked a birthday party for my son at Oxygen O2 and sadly the whole experience was very disappointing, especially compared to my daughter’s party here five years ago.We had a party for 12 children but were given a small, very hot room with air conditioning that didn’t work. Management couldn’t offer us a suitable alternative, yet I noticed smaller parties being given bigger, more comfortable rooms. While the kids were on the trampolines, the parents of 12 children were provided with only one table and four seats, meaning most had to stand for about an hour. The same problem happened in the party room, with completely inadequate seating. The food and extras were also poor: pizzas were basically medium not large, nachos came with no dips, and the party bags contained very little. To make things worse, the cake was sliced into pieces so large they tore through the party bags. After all this, we were offered extra 15 mins for inconvenience and we were rushed out quickly after to make way for the next party, which felt extremely unfair after such poor service, just in and out like a conveyor belt.Overall, the whole experience fell far short of expectations, Considering the high cost, this was appalling, I felt I paid too much for too little.. . Oxygen O2 is clearly cutting corners everywhere, and families are paying the price. If you’re thinking of booking a party here, don’t. There are far better venues that actually care about their customers.
I recommend parents to take their children to Oxygen at the o2 arena. Generally it's big and spacey which is what the kids need right? My child loves this place and the staff there are so friendly and helpful. It's easy to get to, I have no troubles accessing. The lockers are great and safe, toilets are good, cafe is a tad bit pricey but in the end, my child sleeps well from all the jumping and running around, ta! ;)
I do not recommend Oxygen at O2 Arena. I wasn’t allow downstairs without paying full ticket price, to supervise my child who is not English speaker and who didn’t want to stay on her own whilst there are just 2-3 supervisors for all kids. The staff are nice but very unkind manager
OXYGEN CROYDON - I paid £500 for my daughter's party for 14 kids and unfortunately 5 kids didn't turn up. I understand the minimum is for 10 kids, so after asking for a refund for 4 children, I was told that all I could get was a gift card. Not good enough. The cake that I was basically forced to buy, (because who has a birthday party without a cake?) was not even nice and even the guests complained. They didn't cater for 14 kids, so why am I still paying for 14 kids? Daylight robbery if you ask me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
This place is terrible. It was my first time here with my Niece and Nephew and I was asked at reception if I have socks, I said yes we’ve got our own but I would need to buy one more for my niece. We was not given a safety briefing video or demonstration which was terrible! Once we started jumping we was then told we are not allowed to jump if we do not have oxygen branded socks, bare in mind this is my first time here, first time experience. I spoke with the manager and he said it’s a no refund policy regarding socks which is a scam considering reception failed to tell me. I will be emailing head office regarding this matter. Please don’t waste your time here. They do not have good customer service.
Anybody that uses OXYGEN WILMSLOW needs to be very careful. I received a threatening letter from their debt collection agency TRACE yesterday despite never hearing from them before about a "unauthorized parking" for a whooping £170 pounds. Looking back I have been to the park on the day they mentioned and I've got a order confirmation email and pics/videos of children bouncing on that date. After contacting Oxygen they said they can "offer" £20 discount which is absolutely disgusting and apparently that's the only thing they can do. They moved their iPads where you put your reg number in behind the wall where you can't see it unless you remember so that's how they get you. I spent lots of time and money there but won't be doing anymore. Absolutely livid.
