I ordered 9 tins of infant formula but i got sent toddler formula. I wanted exchange for infant formula (what i ordered). They said they dont have any left. It makes me wonder if they had any in the first place.I asked for a refund and asked me "cant you use them?" I said no my baby is 5 months not 12. they attempted to give credit. I refused and wanted refund. When i sent items back via postpaid sticker they gave me they requested proof that i sent it. I emailed it to them. Now they are saying they will wait until they receive the items before refunding me. This is a waiting game. I wont order through this company again. In the meantime i have had to overspend on formula from the chemist so my baby doesnt starve.
