The reason for the 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is the long wait for delivery. However, the packaging is nice and each sachet comes with easy-to-follow instructions, making it simple to use. Warning: This retailer continues to sell a product that has been confirmed to contain minimal active ingredients. I attempted to get a refund for these ineffective products, but the team only offered store credit for one item when I purchased multiple. After much back and forth with little regard for my consumer rights, I was advised to escalate the matter to the appropriate authority.
