I accidentally bought the residential proxies instead of mobile, pay as you go, 6gb. The same time I realised the error, I tried to refund/change them to mobile proxies, as I am willing to use the server, yet the support said they can't do anything with that. Why would you do that to a customer that doesn't want to withdraw the money from the service, but use it?Edit: next day they contacted me and fully refunded the purchase, thanks, oxylabs!
