After being assured that multiple options were available, I paid in full. Upon arrival, I discovered the property was not a hotel but an apartment with no separate beds. The owner mentioned food was prepared by staff, which was unappealing. When I contacted the service, they confirmed no such room setup existed but refused to refund my payment. They deny customer claims and prioritize profit over service.
