We stayed in Nagpur Oyo super townhouse central bazar road ramdaspeth.
The staff were very rude . The room was pathetic. I would have given a negative rating if there is an option . First of all the oyo team asked to make 25% payment and said your booking will be confirmed, Rest you can pay once you reached. Before reaching the hotel we called them to inform that we are checking in a little late. The pathetic manager says that please pay the full amount then only the booking will get confirmed otherwise you have to look for any other option, That means if we have not called him then he would have given the room to someone else inspite of given an advance payment.
The room was full of cockroaches not at all clean. While flushing the toilet, water was coming out of it and also they had given us a last corner room because we have already done the full payment, because they knew that we cannot do anything now.
If we asked for something they give us half an hour later. Neither the service was good nor the room.
And the attitude of the manager was literally pathetic. I would recommend not to choose oyo rooms and specially this property in Nagpur. The review given in other websites are paid reviews I feel.

They are not professional and even don't know basic atticate to talk to customer. They focus more on money rather delivering promises. They are not facilitating basic amenities Shop, wifi. They just have wifi but not working. For each service you need to ask.
They are damaging the Oyo Rooms Brand value and customer trust. They ask for extra money which is not negotiable.
I had very bad experience of using Oyo Rooms Service. This woul be my last time of using Oyo Rooms. You are loosing basic service and customer experience by offering low cost cheap solution.
I strongly won't recommend to use Oyo Rooms Service and make upfront payment with the hope that you would be getting what you are paying with no option to cancel.

There is no option to put below 0 stars. I am in absolute and utter disbelief with the treatment I have received from this company. To begin I booked a room through booking.com in a hotel called Sefton park hotel in Liverpool. When I arrived I was informed this was not the right address and that it was a mile down the road and actually called Aigburth hotel!!!!

I arrived at the now called Aigburth hotel to be welcomed by the hotel manger stating he was going to bed. He checked me in and I walked into the lift where I smelt a frowzy smell. I got out of the lift and the ceiling was no longer there and the closer I was getting to the room the worse the smell became.

Fast forward to the room, it did not appear to be in any condition for an animal to sleep in let alone humans. It had mould on the ceiling above the bed, around the ceiling light, the window and bathroom. It had a pair of dried contact lenses and crumbs on the bedside table. The curtains felt heavy as if they were dipped in damp for an extremely long time. This was not an acceptable level of cleanliness for anyone to sleep in and I decided to leave. I contacted the hotel manager on the number he provided me during check in and he asked me to wait for him to come down to me and he will change my room. Due to the over all condition of what I had seen I did not feel it safe for my health to remain in the hotel and did not want to see anymore so I declined his offer and checked out immediately. He informed me if I was requesting a refund that this must go through booking.com. I left the hotel and booked somewhere else and we arrived just after midnight.

Following day I contacted booking.com who stated they needed to request my refund and then confirmed the hotel did not get back to them on this request. I spoke with the hotel manager again and he gave me an email address to contact which has taken me to oyo.

My experience with oyo from last week is the main number is in India and it cuts you off as though the person does not want to answer. The number I was given for oyo is based in London and when I press option 3 it is then a silent tone. I have sent several email to manage this and I am receiving ticket numbers but no response. I am calling all the numbers I have been given and researched but again no luck getting through. I have spoken to someone on 2 occasions who has asked me to wait on hold and they will put me through and again I am getting no where.

This is the most shocking customer service I have ever received that has taken my money for a hotel they represent. This is not good enough and I wouldn’t recommend nor would I ever use again even if I saw a 5 star.

I am appalled about how you manage your customers and requests. I will be taking this further and speaking with additional people to sought the support to even just get a responses all I am asking for is a refund for an extremely poor service that was provided

We wanted the hotel destination near by or in the radius of 1 km of velankanni shrine tamil Nadu,for further clarification we called up customer care.and explained her the requirements.she checked and suggested us hotel and told its within 1 km from velankanni shrine. And asked us to make advance payment of Rs.3505 we agreed and made the payment on her request.She confirmed us that she is taking us on call conference with the hotel reception and mean while the call got disconnected.but when we checked we found hotel destination from velankanni shrine is about 14 km away that means false information provided by oyo customers care while booking
The hotel they provided us was "COLLECTION O NAGAPATTINAM BUS TERMINAL FORMERLY YAZHISAI RESIDENCY"
Same day the complaint was registered and it was told that within 24 to 48 hrs the complaint will be solved but now the complaint has been closed without any resolution and also the OYO customer care is denying to provide the refund and this was said by the Senior Executive Mr.Yash.

A frustrating experience with the service.

This experience with the service has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. My fiancΓ©e accidentally booked a room for the incorrect date. She recognized the error promptly and called within five minutes to amend or cancel it. This was our last bit of moneyβ€”we would have less than $20 tomorrowβ€”and this booking was intended to ensure we had a place to stay. Despite reaching out immediately, we were informed that no refund would be provided. What makes it worse is that the confirmation email clearly states 'Free cancellation before the 24th at 9:00 AM.' We contacted them well within that timeframe, yet the service refused to adhere to their own policy. This isn’t just poor customer serviceβ€”it feels cruel. A simple correction or refund would have spared us from being left without options. Instead, we encountered scripted replies and a complete lack of empathy. Mistakes happen. Policies are in place for a reason. Disregarding your own cancellation terms while taking money from individuals who are already in a tough situation is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone thinking of booking with this service: if anything goes awry, even immediately, don’t expect assistance or fairnessβ€”regardless of what their email states.

Frustrating Booking Experience

I made a reservation in November intending to stay the next day, but somehow it got booked for the current night (at 11pm?) due to the site defaulting to that option, leading to a terrible user experience. I immediately tried to contact customer service to change the booking, but faced numerous dead phone numbers and automated systems. After being transferred multiple times between hotel and service representatives, several agents stated, "we do not have authorization" to manage my booking and could not connect me with someone who did. There are no policies preventing changes to bookings. I submitted a dispute with my bank, and a week later, during the escalation, I received an email claiming I checked in to the hotel?! This feels very suspicious. Now, I've received a response from my bank dispute, with the service stating I checked in and out on those dates. This is completely misleading. The booking system and customer service are both terrible.

Deceptive listing, nonexistent support

We booked and paid for a property through a platform, only to find multiple reviews indicating that the hotel hadn't been associated with the platform for years, and that reservations were frequently denied. We contacted customer support, which promised a response within 24 hours, but after 72 hours, we received no reply. Upon arrival, our reservation was refused, with the hotel stating they don't accept online bookings and aren't affiliated with the platform. To avoid being without accommodation, we had to pay cash just to check in. Reaching customer support was a nightmare; we called the number provided multiple times, but only connected with an agent on a couple of occasions due to poor call quality. When we finally spoke to someone, we learned the number was only for domestic inquiries, despite being the only contact given for our international booking. It's unacceptable for a company of this size to list properties that aren't available, take payments for unfulfilled bookings, and provide inadequate support. I strongly advise against using this service unless you're prepared to manage everything on your own and potentially incur extra costs.

A company that steals customer funds

This company needs to be shut down for cheating customers. I called without knowing their reputation and inquired about a specific room setup. After being assured that multiple options were available, I paid in full. Upon arrival, I discovered the property was not a hotel but an apartment with no separate beds. The owner mentioned food was prepared by staff, which was unappealing. When I contacted the service, they confirmed no such room setup existed but refused to refund my payment. They deny customer claims and prioritize profit over service.
