We made a reservation and payment through a platform, only to find out via reviews that the hotel had not been associated with them for years. Customer support promised a quick response but failed to deliver. Upon arrival, our reservation was denied, and we had to pay cash for accommodation. Attempts to contact support were frustrating, with poor call quality and unhelpful responses. This situation is unacceptable for a company of this size, and I recommend avoiding this platform unless you're ready to manage everything yourself.
