Despite reaching out immediately, we were informed that no refund would be provided. What makes it worse is that the confirmation email clearly states 'Free cancellation before the 24th at 9:00 AM.' We contacted them well within that timeframe, yet the service refused to adhere to their own policy. This isn’t just poor customer service—it feels cruel. A simple correction or refund would have spared us from being left without options. Instead, we encountered scripted replies and a complete lack of empathy. Mistakes happen. Policies are in place for a reason. Disregarding your own cancellation terms while taking money from individuals who are already in a tough situation is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone thinking of booking with this service: if anything goes awry, even immediately, don’t expect assistance or fairness—regardless of what their email states.
