I would give them 0 stars. This is why.They say delivery within 24-48 hours. They don't deliver for 5 days and I get a message they have run out of stock of one item (I order 2 of the same item). My question is - what have you been doing with my order for 5 days that now it's run out before you posted it? This is blatantly due to the slow service. Also, the item that ran out is part of an underwear "set" you have to purchase separately, so that means I'll have to return the other part. To be honest, I should be able to do it immediately since the order hasn't been even posted. Not a chance, I have to wait for my order for who knows how much longer, and then post it back and then wait for a refund. All because the delivery wasn't processed as promised. And I do think when you say you will do it in 1-2 days, it's part of the contract, so you've breached your own contract oysho. I won't be ordering from oysho again.
