Does the government not see the TFL rating score and the complaints? The management seems to do nothing but sit in their offices enjoying tea and coffee. There’s no oversight, and they continue to earn money without fulfilling their responsibilities. This is truly disgraceful. They should be removed from their positions. The same issue exists with ticket security; people board without paying, and security personnel merely chat instead of taking action. Why should everyone else have to pay when so many ride for free? What is the TFL management's role in this? Making public transport free for all would be easier than dealing with those who cause disturbances by not paying. Who is accountable for safety on buses and trains? If the job isn't being done properly, they should resign and enjoy their tea and coffee at home. TFL management clearly does not deserve their positions.
