I've spoken to multiple people, including my landlords, and they all share the same concerns. The upper deck of the buses has become a hazardous environment, with individuals engaging in activities like smoking, vaping, and even playing football. I've witnessed this firsthand, and it's alarming. Many advise their families not to sit on the upper deck due to safety concerns. It's evident that this is a known issue, and I believe the management is aware of it. Yet, no action has been taken. The individuals causing disturbances often evade payment, which raises further questions about accountability. What is the management doing to ensure safety? It’s time for the authorities to review these concerns and take decisive action against those responsible.

The same applies to ticket security; people are passing through without paying, and the security staff merely chat instead of taking action. Why should some passengers travel for free while others have to pay? What is the TFL management's responsibility? Making travel free for everyone seems straightforward. Those who evade payment create disturbances on public transport. Who is accountable for safety on the bus or train?
