Is the government aware of the TFL rating and the numerous complaints? The management seems to be doing little more than sitting in their offices, enjoying tea and coffee. There's a lack of oversight, and they continue to earn salaries without fulfilling their responsibilities. It's truly disgraceful. The same goes for ticket security; people pass without paying, and the security personnel just chat instead of taking action. Why should I have to pay when so many others don’t? What is the management doing about this? Making travel free for everyone would be a simpler solution. When non-payers cause disruptions, who is ensuring safety on public transport? If the management can't perform their duties, perhaps they should resign and enjoy their tea at home. They clearly do not deserve their current roles.
