The same applies to ticket security; people are passing through without paying, and the security staff merely chat instead of taking action. Why should some passengers travel for free while others have to pay? What is the TFL management's responsibility? Making travel free for everyone seems straightforward. Those who evade payment create disturbances on public transport. Who is accountable for safety on the bus or train? If you can't perform your job properly, perhaps it's time to resign and enjoy your tea or coffee at home. TFL management, you are not worthy of your roles.
