Inexistent support.This was the first time I had a question about my employment via Oyster. I called on support and the support person had the guts to close the chat without any answer. 3 days later, no answer even via email.I am already in talks with my company to switch to a different service. Apart from the very irregular pay dates, inexistent FAQ, this is very concerning.Now imagine if this was an emergency or a time sensitiver matter?If you are a remote worker, with Oyster you are not safe.
