The employee experience has been terrible. As an employee, you expect a HR team to be easily accessible and prompt with answering any questions or requests. There are no specific people as points of contact, you are forced to make a ticket in their "Help Center" for any issue, question or request (big or small). After waiting 2 days, only then someone is assigned your request, who then forwards the request to a relevant 'specialist', wasting another 1 or 2 days. Then any follow up questions related to the initial question take ages again to be answered. Even though I am a full time permanent employee, I felt like a neglected external contractor.I had a simple question about a bonus clause mentioned in my employment contract, which I received a reply 3 days later: "our opinion is [...], but please clarify this with your lawyers and get the neccessary legal opinion". Oyster is a HR company and wrote and confirmed my employment contract - but they couldn't give me a concrete answer on a simple question about a clause in a contract they wrote!
