Simply an information grab. Less than a week before our employee was due to start, I was told that they had made the business decision to not proceed with the hire because we had only one employee. Which they obviously knew when we engaged Oyster in the first place. We were left to scramble to onboard our hire through another EOR (which has thankfully been a wonderful experience). *Updated after Oyster's response: That is simply not correct. We are not using Oyster currently, because Oyster let us know just a few days before the employee in France was to onboard that they would not support us. The information you received from your internal sources is wrong, particularly given that I requested that Oyster delete all of the information that I provided.
