A very irresponsible HR service. blames employee for their mistake. I had requested for 100% salary contribution to my pension was implemented wrongly. They deducted the tax and then did my pension contribution. and now they are just blaming me for not using salary sacrifice as a term. Really a nightmare experience. They constantly miss guiding me. Even now they are still on it. Which is resulting in financial loss to me. When asked appropriate questions they never answer your question. They are left open and never addressed. Always come back with a different reply together opening new threads. It's very difficult to have a conversation. I think they intend to frustrate you so that you will give up.
