The service was exceptional until I sat in the dentist's chair. I was assigned to a specific dentist for my procedures, and despite clearly communicating my needs, they were ignored. I felt disrespected and treated roughly, which made the experience traumatic. Fortunately, after raising my concerns, another dentist took over and was much more professional and courteous. While I left pleased with the final results, the initial experience prevented me from giving a full five-star rating.
