Unfortunately, I visited this clinic two years ago. I had 7 implants and a full mouth of zirconium teeth. Initially, everything seemed perfect, but the second visit was a nightmare. Two days after returning home, I contacted them because I had holes in my crown, but they told me to wait for the healing process. Two months later, it worsened; I got infected, and when I reached out, they insisted nothing was wrong, advising me to use a water flush, which didn’t help. They then suggested I return. I went back, covering all my travel expenses, only to be told everything was fine. When I consulted another clinic back home, I was informed that there were significant issues with my implants. Now, a quarter of my crown has broken off, requiring replacement.

The service was exceptional until I sat in the dentist's chair. I was assigned to a specific dentist for my procedures, and despite clearly communicating my needs, they were ignored. I felt disrespected and treated roughly, which made the experience traumatic. Fortunately, after raising my concerns, another dentist took over and was much more professional and courteous. While I left pleased with the final results, the initial experience prevented me from giving a full five-star rating.
I visited this clinic and found it to be the worst. I had implants done, and the lead doctor assured me everything would be fine. After the implants were polished, when it was time to fit them, the doctor had left, and another dentist mishandled the fitting. Despite returning multiple times to express my concerns, they were ignored. After three years of complaints, I was told the implants had failed and had to switch to dentures. It’s appalling how I was treated.
I truly regret my visit to this clinic. I've been dealing with dental issues ever since, and it's been a distressing ordeal. My problems started with the temporary teeth—they dismissed my concerns, assuring me that everything would be fine. It wasn’t. I ended up with no gum and teeth much whiter than I desired, which look unnatural. My mouth feels misaligned now, with gaps where the teeth overlap, and my natural teeth were ground down so thin that I’m now noticing cracks. It’s disheartening. I attempted to reach out for help multiple times but was ignored or blocked. After a year of trying, I gave up. Terrible service, and I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
