I was already in dispute with them about an unauthorised transaction when we noticed from our account that they have taken a further £29.99 against NO purchase.Have advised the Fraud Department at our bank and have had to cancel our card. Absolutely NO response from Ozerty.AVOID this scamming company.How are they allowed to ripped people off and take money from people’s banks.
