Damaged item and poor service

I ordered a pet knapsack, but it arrived damaged. The ad showed a version with a top zipper, but what I received did not have it. After reaching out, they agreed to send a replacement without needing the original back. I mentioned I would leave a positive review once the correct item arrived. Unfortunately, the second package was also damaged and identical to the first, lacking the top zipper. I reached out to the service again, and they offered to let me return it, which I accepted, but I have yet to hear back. I regret not checking existing reviews before purchasing. I found more feedback online indicating issues with this seller. When I tried to verify the address, it returned as incorrect. After submitting a review to a consumer protection agency, I received an email stating that returning the product would incur charges, and the return address is in another country. I replied that I couldn't afford the fees and would share my experience everywhere possible. Please be cautious, as this appears to be a scam affecting multiple products.

Helpful staff, but slow shipping

Didn’t receive my order

Website issues and unwanted charges

I attempted to order a pen, but the site showed errors twice and still charged my card, including a subscription I didn’t agree to. The phone line is unresponsive, and I might have to cancel my card because of this experience. I definitely do not recommend.

I ordered two pairs of toddler pajamas with colored pencils for my grandchild, but I never got the items. It’s been over a month, and there’s no package and no refund. This seller is a scam. I ordered from a different source and ended up with this seller. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

Hidden charges and poor quality

The products are of poor quality, and the final price is much higher than advertised. I bought an item that was supposed to be $17 but ended up costing me over $40. This feels like a scam!

Complete scam

I ordered a smart band for seniors to track steps and sleep. When it arrived, the instructions were poorly written and unhelpful. The app QR code didn’t work, and I had to experiment with various apps to get it to function. The heart data was inconsistent, and it even counted steps while charging. Customer service claimed this was normal and to return it, I’d need to pay shipping back to another country. They present themselves as local, but it’s all a scam for low-quality products. I regret not realizing the price seemed too good to be true.
