UPDATE!!! On December 8th, I called the retailer again to check on my order, but no one answered. They only respond via chat, which is frustrating since I can only reply once. The customer service said they'd look into it, but how long will that take? I reached out to the delivery service, but they told me to contact the retailer. This is a joke. I will never order from this disorganized company again. I placed my order on November 26th, and the delivery was supposed to be from one courier, but now it's with another. The tracking shows it was out for delivery three days ago, yet here I am with no updates. I was on hold for 5 minutes, and the message said they were busy, so I emailed them as well. I stopped buying from this retailer years ago due to terrible service, and it seems nothing has changed.
