Placed a click and collect order 4th December with the Epping Vic store. Said it would be ready in two hours - its now the 9th Dec and we have had no correspondence regarding the status of the order ! After driving over 30 minutes to the store we were told "sorry we don't have any available but they are due in on Monday - We will put one aside for you and call you straight away so you can collect it "
Its now 5 days from order and we have still heard NOTHING !! Have tried calling the store six times, and nobody EVER answers - even head office don't answer their phones !! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S WORST !!! WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!

Unreasonable Charges for Children

Why do they charge an 11-year-old $79 for a single blow dry and brush? This feels like pure greed or perhaps discrimination, as they see a dad with his daughter and think they can charge anything. It was a very disappointing experience at the local store.

Order Issues Persisting

UPDATE!!! On December 8th, I called the retailer again to check on my order, but no one answered. They only respond via chat, which is frustrating since I can only reply once. The customer service said they'd look into it, but how long will that take? I reached out to the delivery service, but they told me to contact the retailer. This is a joke. I will never order from this disorganized company again. I placed my order on November 26th, and the delivery was supposed to be from one courier, but now it's with another. The tracking shows it was out for delivery three days ago, yet here I am with no updates. I was on hold for 5 minutes, and the message said they were busy, so I emailed them as well. I stopped buying from this retailer years ago due to terrible service, and it seems nothing has changed.

ORDER FOR CLICK & COLLECT - STILL NO UPDATE AFTER 5 DAYS!

I placed a click and collect order on December 4th with a local store, which was supposed to be ready in two hours. Now, on December 9th, I've received no updates about my order status! After a 30-minute drive to the store, I was informed, 'Sorry, we don't have any available, but we expect them on Monday. We'll set one aside for you and call you right away.' It's now been 5 days, and still, no communication! I've tried calling the store six times, but no one answers. Even the head office is unresponsive! This is the worst customer service I've experienced! I will not shop with this company again!

Courier Service Issues

I feel compelled to share my experience as a long-time customer. The retailer uses a courier service that has numerous issues, yet they continue to send parcels with them. I requested delivery via a different service, but my request was ignored. The courier fails to deliver on time, even with express shipping. Please address this issue.

I encountered an issue regarding postage being incorrectly displayed as express instead of free. I could only contact them through a review platform, but they reached out to me immediately and resolved my complaint. They also provided their contact details for any future issues. Excellent Customer Service

I placed an order online, and it was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the package was damaged upon arrival. The customer service was outstanding; I emailed my concern with a photo, and they responded promptly. They were very helpful and understanding, offering a replacement right away.

Difficulties with Online Ordering
