I have had multiple great experiences shopping online with Oz Hair and Beauty, but recently I went into the Pacific Epping store twice and I was not impressed. On both occasions I walked into the store without being greeted by sales staff or asked if I required assistance. I walked around the store for around 5 minutes and the sales assistants ignored me or were too busy gossiping with each other to help me. Two significant sales could have been made had they been doing their jobs.
