Never order from this service. I bought furniture through their website in September 2025, and as of November 23, 2025, I still have no idea where my order is. Calls go to a third-party service, and they promise to return my call, but it never happens. I only received an email stating they would follow up. I requested a refund since it's been more than 90 days since the tracking number was created, but they can't provide any refund. I still don't know the status of my order or when it will arrive.
