Absolutely horrible experience, took 3 months to get the item, which is a bedroom dresser, unpacked everything in our bedroom to find out there were no instructions, tried contacting them about it got told to scan a QR code which we did that need a password and user name which we did not have. Then got sent a link with a video of how to install. The video was a completely different dresser looked nothing like what we have and the whole thing was in Chinese. Again went back to them to ask what the go is and they tell us there in no instructions for the item we had bought.
Still no resolution, trying to sort it out as we speak but would never buy again from them
it took 3 months for delivery, the box was damaged, dining chairs nothing like in the online photo, very cheaply made and plastic. no assembly instructions. it was a total rip off do not order from this company.
The service was extremely poor from start to finish. It took over three months for the order to be delivered, and then another three weeks just to send someone out for assembly. Communication throughout this period was slow and unhelpful.
After all that waiting, the product quality was very poor and did not match expectations at all.
To make matters worse, they do not offer refunds on membership, and if you request a refund on the product, they deduct 20% of the original payment, regardless of the issues. This feels unfair, especially given the delays and quality concerns.
Overall, this was a stressful and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend being very careful before purchasing from this website. Proceed only if you’re prepared for delays, poor quality, and limited refund options.
The worst experience ever still awaiting delivery after 5 months. So many excuses can't even get a refund. You can't get through to their staff or get past the ai generated replies to emails

Bought 2 units from them. Pics on the website show hinges on doors. Description said Glassdoors to display items. When they arrived nearly 3 months later, we found out they are not as described! Even the measurements are different. Very poor quality products from China with no english manuals. Customer service is terrible. They kept going circles and refused to pay for return and refund.

Product was as described, however, assembly service did not remove trash and did not safely secure the bottom plate which means that a person, child, or pet could be seriously injured if they interact with the bottom place on my table. I will be contacting my lawyer if they do not resolve this issue by the 23rd of February 2026.
Beware, they shirk responsibility and are difficult to get into contact with.
Terrible company to deal with no one calls you back you leave calls, emails etc, can never get through to a human & still waiting on my delivery shocking to deal with Consumer Affairs next call if no one responds in 24 hrs 😡
I ordered furniture and received a message on 22 Dec 2025 to say it has been dispatched. As of 30 January it still hasn't been delivered. On 7 Jan they told me the delivery company was Nextgen Mover. But when I looked them up and called them, the phone didn't work and the domain was no longer used. The correspondence over the past month is telling me that my order is on its way. But they won't provide me with transit tracking details. I feel like I've been scammed. I've spent over $2K on furniture for my baby's room and about four months waiting for it since I ordered it. They may have had a problem with the first courier or it may be a huge waste of time and money. Either way, I'm not getting a truthful response from them to the whereabouts of my furniture.
AVOID - Likely a Scam - Paid $1600 for Dining Set, No Delivery, No Response After 2+ Months
I purchased a dining table and chairs set for AUD $1600 from ozhomehub.com.au on 2 November 2025. The website appeared legitimate as an Australian-based online furniture retailer in Sydney.
It is now late January 2026 (over 2.5 months later), and I have not received the item, nor any real update on shipping status. There is zero tracking information, no confirmation of dispatch, and no sign that the order is being processed.
I have tried contacting them multiple times:
Emails receive only automated replies (no human response).
Phone calls go straight to an answering machine/auto-response mode with no callback.
No live support or any way to speak to a real person.
This complete lack of communication, combined with the long delay far beyond any reasonable delivery time (especially since the site advertises furniture available in Australia), strongly suggests this is a scam operation.
Do NOT buy from ozhomehub.com.au. If you've already ordered and paid, contact your bank or credit card provider immediately to dispute the charge and seek a refund (under Australian Consumer Law and card chargeback rules for non-delivery). Report to Scamwatch (scamwatch.gov.au) and the ACCC as well.
I ordered a buffet table from the seller in early November last year, with an estimated arrival before December 31st. I still haven't received it.
