I had specifically requested that no items be delivered while I was traveling interstate. My neighbor informed me that they picked up my parcel when no one was home. They only delivered the chair base, and the legs were missing. Despite emailing them multiple times, they haven't bothered to update me on the status of my order. I regret choosing this service, as I've never experienced such poor customer care in my online shopping history. It's been almost four months, and I'm still waiting for my order. My money is tied up with no response from them.
