I ordered furniture and received a message on 22 Dec 2025 to say it has been dispatched. As of 30 January it still hasn't been delivered. On 7 Jan they told me the delivery company was Nextgen Mover. But when I looked them up and called them, the phone didn't work and the domain was no longer used. The correspondence over the past month is telling me that my order is on its way. But they won't provide me with transit tracking details. I feel like I've been scammed. I've spent over $2K on furniture for my baby's room and about four months waiting for it since I ordered it. They may have had a problem with the first courier or it may be a huge waste of time and money. Either way, I'm not getting a truthful response from them to the whereabouts of my furniture.
