While on holiday in Europe, I set up two firewalls for security. One was for fraud protection, and the other restricted access to just one country. Despite this, my account was emptied, and funds were withdrawn outside the approved country. This happened 24 days ago, and I'm still waiting for my card. The bank has misled me, putting me on hold for 38 minutes during my calls from abroad. I have documented everything, and it's going to their management soon. Good luck to anyone banking with them; I only use them for my monthly benefit check, and they can't even get that right.
