Extremely Frustrating Experience

This bank is incredibly outdated. Their app exists, but I can't make payments through it and have to use the website instead. Even worse, I can't make principal payments at all. When I talk to the support team, they just apologize and admit they hear complaints like mine daily. It's clear they know about the issues but have chosen not to address them.

Terrible banking experience

This is the worst banking experience I've ever had. It feels like they're decades behind the times. They have an app, but you can't make payments through it; you must use their website. Even then, you can't make principal payments. When I contacted the support team, they just apologized, saying they hear complaints like mine daily. Clearly, they know about the issues but choose to do nothing.

Extremely disappointing service

If I could rate them lower than one star, I would. Their compliance is nonexistent, and their customer service is the worst I've encountered. I wouldn't recommend this bank for any reason. I'm trying to pay off a loan, but all I get is confusion and delays. I just hope they find my check to settle the loan. I've never spoken to so many unhelpful people before.

Frustrating experience while abroad

While on holiday in Europe, I set up two firewalls for security. One was for fraud protection, and the other restricted access to just one country. Despite this, my account was emptied, and funds were withdrawn outside the approved country. This happened 24 days ago, and I'm still waiting for my card. The bank has misled me, putting me on hold for 38 minutes during my calls from abroad. I have documented everything, and it's going to their management soon. Good luck to anyone banking with them; I only use them for my monthly benefit check, and they can't even get that right.

If you're thinking about this bank, I strongly advise you to reconsider. The management is rude and dismissive. I called corporate and was placed on hold, only to be promised a callback that never came. I witnessed another customer being treated poorly while waiting for assistance. My recent experience was also disappointing, and I received no resolution. Don't waste your time with this bank.

I've been blocked from accessing my online banking due to the website's security measures. I've called multiple times, but they insist I'm the one at fault.
