I've been blocked from accessing my online banking due to the website's security measures. I've called multiple times, but they insist I'm the one at fault. I even sent them a screenshot showing that their security was blocking me. Eventually, I visited a local branch and received some suggestions, but none worked. I was promised a callback that never happened. I'm ready to leave this bank for one that is more responsive.
