I have been with these folks for 21 years and I have a savings acct and a checking acct also. Today they locked both my accounts because I deposited a check for my daughterinlaw that was part of a lawsuit for sexual harassment. The check was no good and now the bank is punishing me for it. I DID NOT take the money out of the bank therefore it was still in my acct for them to take back. Now I can't pay my bills or buy food for my family. These folks are very RUDE and could care less about me. If you are looking for a bank to do business with, think about what this bank will do if they want. I have NEVER had a check to bounce or anything like that. I'm a 67 year young disabled veteran but that doesn't matter to them. I am looking for a good bank. Not bank ozk.🐣. Today I was completely cleared of any wrongdoing and now these folks that Run the east ellijay branch of bank OZK are so sweet talking and nice to me, but that won't work. I was guilty untill proven innocent. I believe in the old testament bible- AN eye for an eye. The courts will see to that. Beware of these wolves in sheep's clothing at this bank OZK🐣
