Less than a year in, the audio quality has significantly declined, with the left earbud completely failing. The customer support offered unhelpful advice for fixing the issue, and none of their suggestions worked. For instance, after deleting and reinstalling the app as instructed, it no longer allowed the earbuds to pair with my device. I've spent around $300 on these sleep buds, which have not delivered as promised. I recommend looking elsewhere.
