Communication was fantastic! I thought my order was finalised but my payment had actually been declined without my realising.
Your staff were onto it straight away and used several means to contact me. When I asked if I could just pay the existing order instead of starting all over again, I received a response (from a human not a robot) almost immediately, informing that could be done and how to do it.
10 out of 10.
Plus, delivery time was super quick and packaging very discreet.
