The movers were excellent – efficient and careful with our items. However, my experience with the company has been disappointing due to their management and claims handling. Despite clear evidence of damage to my sofa, the company dismissed my claim and offered an insulting compensation. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. While the moving team did a commendable job, the management's response was unprofessional. I rate this experience as 2 stars due to the poor handling of the damage claim.
AVOID THIS SERVICE; they delivered half of my belongings to the wrong address and left them there. I spent two days retrieving my items, and some were stolen. My fridge plug was damaged, my dining table had dents, several plants were dropped, and a chair was broken. On top of that, I was charged over $900 for moving a minimalist two-bedroom home. NEVER AGAIN.
