I had someone out to remove a wasp nest in my attic, I paid E120 and the exterminator had a cheek to ask for a bin bag to put the nest inside, never cleaned any residue that had fallen in the attic when the nest broke up, so I will have to pay someone else now to clean whatever is left as I cannot access the loft myself, I will ask someone else to spray the attic with insecticide in early spring so nothing returns, but I won’t be Frosts I am asking,,, very disappointed custmer

Avoid!

Avoid!! There are better, more reliable, cheaper options. Took £50 deposit arranged appointment then cancelled at last minute with no refund. Seems like a con to me!!

Efficient rat extermination.

2 separate visits. Isr visit lots of advice and poison set out where the cats can't get it. No sign of the rat after their visit.2nd visit extra thorough, lots more advice and more poison set out, Both men pleasant, helpful, informative and I felt safe alone with them.I recommend their services highly.

Could not catch Covid in a Wuhan restaurant

I called on a Saturday regarding a mouse infestation. I was informed that the service would cost £200, including a £50 deposit to secure a booking.The "exterminator" came the following evening. He laid some traps, as well as some tracking dye, informing that the next visit would take place two weeks later. He inspected the exterior of our house for points of entry, despite me informing him that the house had been re-pointed back in May. He then requested that I pay the remainder of the fee, but he did not confirm the date for the follow-up visit.I called Frosts on the Wednesday and asked when the next visit would be. I was told that a visit could take place earlier than planned (which would be the following weekend - seven days after the initial visit). I received a text at 19:05 on the Saturday evening, which I did not pick up until 11:10 that night as I was driving. The text stated that I must respond to the text to confirm the visit timing by 21:00, or the visit would be cancelled and I may be charged an additional call out fee.I called Frosts on the following day (Sunday) to explain that I couldn't respond to the text of the day before. I was informed that I could get a follow-up visit earlier than next weekend, and that an exterminator would be in touch. This contact never took place and I had to call again for an appointment. Eventually, I received a text to inform me that a visit would be made two days later, followed by another text changing the time of the visit yet again.When the exterminator carried out the second visit, he informed me that the mouse was "gone" (despite the increasing odour of mouse urine), but the traps were empty. He was reluctant to remove the traps, but he proceeded to fill gaps around the kitchen and pantry with expanding foam. This included cable holes for the fridge feed, as around the water mains shut-off valve. He informed me that the mouse/mice would not return as they were unable to eat the expanding foam. He also informed me that I should wait for the foam to set before I cleaned up the droppings and debris, etc.Two days later, the odour was stronger than ever. We bought a load of cleaning products and PPE, then set to work. On moving the fridge from under the work surface, we found that there were more mouse droppings and urine, the traps that had been left were untouched, and the "inedible" expanding foam had been shredded. We still have mice!!! We are now having to source a professional Pest Controller.To summarise, do not at any costs, use this service. They are unreliable when trying to make appointments, quick to take your money, and their services are unsuccessful at controlling mice.

Mr Ishran came to deal with pests and from the moment he walked in the door , listened to my problem diligently and explained in detail what he would do as he explained the process as he went along till I was satisfied. When he finished checking everywhere was covered and so a very satisfied,& happy customer he asked if did I have any more questions to ask I was over and above pleased with both his frosts expecting 7 star service . I will recommend anytime . Thanking you again Mr Ishran and frosts .

I called Frosts in after hearing scrabbling above my bedroom ceiling, and an alarming brown stain appeared. I presumed it was a rodent (probably mice) nest. Two men finally came from Frosts and put rodenticide down in the loft - not wearing face masks or even gloves (basic health and safety?!). However, they didn't even look at the exterior of the house (surely basic?). If they had, they might have seen we had a hornet problem. Turned out that we had a very nasty hornets' nest - not in the loft but up in the dormer, and it was threatening to come through the ceiling. The men didn't recognize the stain as hornets. I had to get another company in to deal with all this. Because Frosts never looked at the exterior, the men also missed a hole in an airbrick which I found next day and showed how mice had got into the loft last winter. So the mouse droppings they found in the loft were probably months old.Frosts demanded a deposit and full payment after their first visit. The huge sum of £250 in all. They promised to return in 2 weeks (today) but haven't been in touch. The other, very professional company I got in to deal with the hornets charged me about £80 (inc VAT). The sum I paid Frosts was a total waste of money. They missed absolutely everything and their only concern seems to be to get the money in asap. If I had relied on Frosts I'd have had a terrifying hornet nest crashing through the bedroom ceiling. Doesn't bear thinking about. I usually make good decisions - but I got it badly wrong this time by calling Frosts.

Quick to take our money, didn’t do their job …

Quick to take our money then didn’t turn up at the agreed time. Failed to contact us. When we contacted them to rearrange we had to wait a further 48hours. They failed to identify the problem on both visits. On the second visit they had know idea what the first guy had done even tho we were told a hand over had been done. We are still where we started but £375 down. Don’t waste your money and try a small business that cares about their customers
