This company is misleading and only informs customers after purchase that scent refills are necessary for the product to function properly. The checkout process is unclear, as the purchase button appears to lead to the shopping cart, obscuring the total cost and items until after the transaction is completed. I requested a refund immediately, but after a lengthy process involving attempts to keep part of my order and offers of discounts, they eventually agreed to a full refund. However, they stated it would take 15 to 20 business days, which is unacceptable. I hope others read this before engaging with the company to avoid similar frustrations. Their customer service is lacking, and had they been honest from the start, I might have considered the product. I hope my dispute through the payment platform will resolve this.
